Absolutely. We use dermatologically safe, eco-certified detergents and fabric conditioners that leave zero chemical residues, making them hypoallergenic and completely safe for babywear and delicate skin.
Each delicate garment undergoes individual fiber testing, custom temperature regulation, and specialized low-moisture dry cleaning to protect natural lusters, zari borders, and intricate embroidery.
Unlike traditional laundromats that mix clothes from different homes into massive commercial vats, Promise Laundry processes every client's clothes in dedicated, isolated machine loads. Your garments never touch another customer's laundry.
We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), cash on delivery, and net banking. An itemized invoice is shared directly to your WhatsApp when the order is packaged.
