Pricing Answers

Frequently Asked Questions.

Clear answers regarding our billing, monthly subscription validity, and doorstep collection terms.

How do the Monthly Prepaid Packs work?

When you subscribe, you receive a garment allowance valid for 30 days. We arrange scheduled weekly or bi-weekly pickups from your doorstep in Medavakkam. If you have unused garment credits at the end of the month, they roll over for 15 days upon pack renewal.

Can I customize the Working Professional Pack?

Yes, absolutely. You can tailor your 70-garment quota to fit your lifestyle—for example, 40 formal office shirts, 20 formal trousers, and 10 casual tees or kurtis. Contact Promise Laundry directly on WhatsApp to set your custom allocation.

Is doorstep pickup free for all orders?

All Monthly Prepaid Pack members enjoy 100% free doorstep collection and delivery. For pay-per-wash orders, pickup is free on orders above ₹250. For smaller orders below ₹250, a nominal ₹40 travel fee applies.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking, and cash on delivery. An itemized invoice with digital payment QR code is sent to your WhatsApp prior to delivery.
